We started Aahz had the lead on this, I was just advising / consulting

And when we started getting into what it would take, he thought better of it.
To be honest, that's why I agreed to advise on the project; I know how much work it is, and how many things have to be included or dealt with it.
Setting up a meet is a lot of work.

I did send him a lot of information; it's when he started reading it that he changed him mind.
