Is Anyone Planning The First Annual Elio Road Rally?

I suggested we look into doing a run a short time back. Look for the "Golden run" thread. Had the idea of doing one but Coss let me know what it would take to do so I looked into it. The people in Golden Colorado sounded interested when I talked with them but when looking further with all the logistics involved I got spooked! IF and that's a BIG if I could get help I could be persuaded into looking again but, I've got zero experience at that sort of thing so we'd need someone that has done stuff like that before! (Coss)?? The town of Golden is pretty well situated for a western states run (not to mention the Coors home town) beautiful country with lots of areas to drive/explore!!
If y'all are interested I'd suggest reviving the Golden Run thread...
Look it up y'all!

I'm from Arvada, CO which is not too far from Golden, CO. Still have family out there so Golden is definitely on my "heck yes!" list of places to meet up.

OK so a simple solution is we meet for lunch at a good BBQ restaurant in each state and anyone near by can show up! No planning, no expense, just show up and hang out and meet and eat, maybe near a Pep Boys or an Elio Retail store if there is one.

I'm in Kingman az and in the process of adopting right now. If we can meet round here I Will make it! Can't do further than Vegas though. ..

I'm going to have my own Elio personal road rally. After I fly down and pick up my Elio I plan on setting up stops along the way back to Ohio to allow other future Elio owners the chance to drive mine before their's arrive. Expect to take at least a week to drive back home depending on how many stops I can schedule.

I have met wonderful people during this journey and made some great friends. Expect to add some new friends during my return trip home.

I'd like to do a similar thing but I want to run the Tail of the Dragon and then cut across to Nebraska.
