raining at Bristol .... getting the race started on time and/or getting it in today looks "iffy" at best

about an hour ago they did segment on why that's possible on road courses but isn't practical for ovals .... something to do with the side forces on the tires
F1 and Indy cars race in the rain. Obviously the tire manufacturers knw how to make racing rain tires
true enough ... I don't believe that Indy cars are as heavy as Sprint Cup cars .... that may or may not be a factor
the race is set to resume at 6:45 PM Eastern on FX Sports 1
Thanks. I just finished watching the IndyCar race and the timing is just perfect.
with them running under caution and 32 laps on the board, its going to be a long night
4, 88,48,and several others won't have high finishes tonight
I hate a Yota won it but if that had to be, I can't think of an other driver I'd rather see in victory lane .... congratulations to the 20 .... amazing to the see the 48 finish second, as one of the announcers said, he hit everything but the Tennessee Lottery ..
.. things didn't go smoothly for my girl but Danica pulled off a 9th place finish ..
