Just Articles That Catch Your Eye

Ever flip through a web page, or a magazine, or a newspaper and have the title of an article catch your attention?
I ran into just that odd enough title to make me want to read it tonight

Wow. I'd read an article years ago about this abandoned section of the PA Turnpike in "Invention & Technology", but it never mentioned ANY of this! Fascinating, and thanks for sharing.

I read that the other evening. Pretty cool. I found it on Flipboard, an app that came with my phone that gathers magazine articles based on what you want to read. It's one of the few "packaged" apps I really use, and would even recommend to others.

Heres another to read, it's obvious the writer has an agenda, but it shows what diesel is up against with the public:

Agenda? The writer has some serious issues and an agenda; that article is one of those that make you stop believing anything the writer puts up after that point. No real data to support any of his claims; it reads like a rant more than a report. If you read the comments after it a lot of people agree.

The tunnel article does make a lot of sense; real world testing verses computer simulations; something we need more of but sanctioning bodies do everything they can to block them; make no sense why. But when was the last time you heard a sanctioning body make sense?
