I'm a huge fan of Henry Rifles .... I can only look back and wish that during my younger days while I spent considerable time hunting bear, boar and deer I could have done so with the Henry Rifles I have today .... given their rifles have evolved over time ..... it came as no surprise to me that "the rifle that started it all sold for $5.875 million at Rock Island Auction Company, the highest price ever paid for a rifle at auction."

Doesnt Henry make that remake of the old AR-7 Survival Rifle? I have an original AR-7, but the barrel was made of aluminum (since they were for Air Force use) and after alot of target shooting it has bowed like a banana. It still comes apart into all those pieces like it did in the James Bond movie (I forgot which movie, but it was an old one with OddJob in it). And it floats!
