Well, you are missing 6 seconds per minute there since the line can go 54 seconds per car. So, every 10 minutes, there is another Elio... Every hour, there will be 6... every shift, there are 48 Elios that the KISS isn't accounting for. THAT difference makes a big difference when logistics is involved. 533 Elios can be built every 8 hour shift.

Those 15 minute breaks that stretch out an extra 5 or 10 minutes twice a day take away from the rhythm of the build?
Or the problem child on the line stops everything? (either car or person)
