Cool... an article from August 15th. That WOULD be in the future except it is also from 2016.

I'm just busting your chops. I think everyone here has made that mistake at least once.

If they have moved from the vehicle design to the plant design, does that mean the vehicle design is pretty well complete?

I don't believe the plant design can be done until it is well known what the details are, of the item being built.

Most of that plant is just assembly of brought in components. The sheet metal stamping and welding section will be the biggest challenges. Most of the plant uses machines to assist people in assembly and won't take much in the way of change.
