Well it could be sooner its not impossible for them to accelerate the time line. Hopefully testing shows very little defect in the design. A set back there and the timeline will be toast. And rivers of tears will form from another delay

Next question: when Paul said "... This critical milestone in the product creation cycle has been achieved ahead of schedule," that doesn't really mean anything to us, correct? The "schedule" is one that's in his head and not documented anywhere, 'tis my suspicion.

Maybe Schwab Industries, The Genesse Group, and The Paslin Company got things done sooner than they said they would. But in the SEC filing timeline, probably doesn't gain us any time?

Let's all hope so. It's looking very positive right now and I have a feeling that the results from testing is what the investors or the approval of ATVM are waiting for to finally let out the money. Even if the approval comes in late and EM don't meet the target Q4 '16, and/or there's a little problem w/ the testing that necessitate more time to fine tune/adjust things, I can live w/ getting my ELIO early next year - the key is getting the additional funding THIS YEAR so there is no interruption on their march to production!
Again, it's a welcome news when we read EM mentioning those companies that we can verify. Certainly they don't want their names published and or be associated to anything unless they are very positive Elio's project will push through. Exciting times ahead!

I understand that they are STILL optimistic about starting production by 12/31/16 ... but how many cars will have been produced by then is open to question. My own guess is that they'll MAYBE start up in January or February, but that is my guess, not based on information I have. Still don't have my Navdy, either!
