The Lone Ranger and Tonto went camping in the desert. After they got their tent all set up, they fell sound asleep.

Some hours later, Tonto wakes The Lone Ranger and says, "Kemo Sabi, look towards sky, what you see?"

The Lone Ranger replies, "I see millions of stars."

"What that tell you?" asked Tonto.

The Lone Ranger ponders for a minute, then says, "Astronomically speaking, it tells me there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, it tells me Saturn is in Leo. Time wise, it appears to be approximately a quarter past three in the morning. Theologically, it's evident the Lord is all-powerful and we are small and insignificant. Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What's it tell you, Tonto?

Tonto is silent for a moment, then says, "Kemo Sabi,
you dumb ass. It tell me someone stolen tent."

Little trivia: Tonto, means fool or idiot in Spanish.:D
I understand in the Spanish dubs for Latin America, "Tonto" was re-named either "Toro" (bull) or "Ponto", so as not to offend their audience.

I was a huge Lone Ranger fan as a kid, and was maybe one of the few who enjoyed the 2013 remake. OK it was a total spoof of the original story, thanks to Johnny Depp's "Pirates on Dry Land" performance, but it was good to see that there are some classic stories that can be made fun of.

I just picked up a new GoPro Hero 3+ for $200.00; it has WiFi, and I've got a neat little tablet. These two items will be with me at all times I'm out driving my E-machine. Probably have to end up getting 2 or 3 more cameras if it goes well.
If you can get your go pro to both charge and file to the tablet while operating automatically, you're doing really well. Mine doesn't like to walk and chew gum at the same time.

Garmin is making one that I was looking at on Amazon earlier tonight. Had GPS and an accelerometer built in; if you got tagged, it immediately bookmarked and time stamped the appropriate frames and marked them with the coordinates as well. Wish I'd have had this on my Honda wgen my wife got hit from behind in December...
Voice recognition on my Garmin is truly bad. Very frustrating experience. On the other hand, Google Maps works like a champ. Here's what I'd like: be able to use the Maps program on my cellphone and transmit it to a display -- I don't mind upgrading the car's current receiver/ CD player to do that (150 to $300). could use the same upgrade to display a dash cam / rear view cam, though installing those things is something I personally am shy about doing -- I'm not good with wiring, too fumble-fingered (as you know from my tpying!).

Anybody got advice on how to do that? I'd really like something OTHER than skyzmatic in the Elio -- $2K for that functionality is too darn rich for my blood.

I'm beginning to hate my Garmin, which is a fairly new one.
