He lives in Washington state. Doesn't need a camera with a long exposure to get the "trails" effect. Just ask RU.

I did ask them what a full body skin would cost, it was daunting, $30,000. I don't know about stripes however.
There are 'tape' products out there I think, that are likely much cheaper.
