Same story for our national anthem.

On a story covering the music for the SBB, it was used to see if the person was too drunk to be served more. Pretty effective, if true. It's tough enough to sing sober, can you imagine tackling it with a bit of a buzz on? Or flat out bombed? Maybe they should reinstitute that and get rid of the breathalizers!
