Well, they were using metric measurements. 100km is roughly 63 miles. So they are talking about 0-60 times.

Yes, but if a Thai website is taking about the time to go from 0-100, that's probably already in kph. And 0-60 mph is a common metric. Nobody in Fast & Furious ever talked about the time it took their car to reach 100mph.

I think if I were from Thailand I would interpet the article the same, but that's just me.
