You should have already received it. The last two releases were 9/10 and 11/12, I believe. Check your spam box. Make sure your reservation was actually an "all in" (some people get confused and end up not reserving all in). Then contact EM if you can't find it. One of the regular contributor on here has the contact address in his signature line. I will see if I can find it and then I think I will add it to my signature line because I can never remember what it is. :-) Z
