Sell Number?

What happens if you're "all in" for a $1000, but when your numbers called, you no longer need an "and" vehicle? Will it be possible(ok with Paul) to transfer/sell a number to someone else for the $1000.

Right, you'll transfer your reservation, but not your SIL; they will get the next SIL available which is around 18,500
