I couldn't make it to Shreveport today and I'm wondering what I missed. To any of you who made it; I'm sure we would all like to know what you saw and heard.

Hello All
My wife and I drove 3 hours from Hot Springs, AR to Shreveport. We decided to see if we could find the plant and took a quick picture of the sign out side. We got to the Hilton around 11:30 and saw the trailer outside. We got in line under the covered entrance to the hotel where they parked the P5. The line extended out of site around the block. When it was our turn to sit in it I got in the back and my wife up front. Then we switched. The back seat headroom was a little tight for me. I am 6,2" 32 inch inseam and my head was touching the headliner in the back seat. Driver seat was very roomy and comfortable with plenty of room. I like the dash, it does look a lot better in person. Because of the long line we kind of rushed ourselves . I took several pictures I will try to attach and I had a long talk with Jerome with a list of questions I will share with everyone. The P5 looks better to me than the P4. It looks longer and sleeker.

we saw you guys, you were a good ways in front of us .... after talking with Jerome for a good while we stood in line well over an hour .... no clue how many folks came through but the tour folks seemed pleased

our trip there and back covered just over 500 miles and took us right at 10 hours .... for us, it was well worth it, glad we went

I spent quite a bit of time talking to Jerome, he was very accommodating and patient with me. I had a small crowd gather to listen to my list of questions. I chose questions that I wanted to know the answers to even though they have been asked before. I wanted to see if the answers would confirm what I had heard and to provide new information. Jerome was clear that because the company went public he had to be careful with his answers. I can see his point. His answers could possibly influence the stock, The questions I asked were not in any particular order.
1.How much of the P5 is complete compared to a final production model.
A. The P5 does not have the side airbags or the MTX stereo installed, were two examples given.
2. Why the bulg for the exhaust.
A. Heat is the main issue. Routing the exhaust outside the car eliminates any heat issues to the interior.
3. Why is the gas cap located on the opposite side of the drivers door?
A. The gas cap can be reached from either side. Putting it on the other side puts it away from traffic if stopped on the side of the road for refilling.
4. How far along is the E series build?
A. They have been working on them for a while now and we should see pictures within in a couple of weeks.
5. How soon will we see any E series tests results?
A. Did not know.
6. Still on track for 4th quarter 2016?
A. Yes
7. What progress is there on the ATVM loan?
A. Did not know.
8. How will Elio vehicle deliveries be handled initially?
A. Delivery at the factory and possibly temporary sites set up with tents.
9. When will we start seeing the first Elio stores start to appear?
A. Not sure. Majority reservation holder locations will probably be looked at first. They are looking at malls for example. All stores will be rented properties, they will not own the real estate.
10. Will there be factory tours available?
A. Maybe In the future. They need to see about safety issues within the plant first.
11. How will we pay for our Elio's? What will the vehicle financing and payment procedure be once production begins?
A. Full payments can be made by check, on line website payment, wire transfers, credit card..(I believe he was talking about their Elio credit card idea when you buy gas)
12. Is Pep Boys still the service center choice? Any other service providers possible?
A. Yes it will be Pep Boys. If an area does not have a Pep Boys, Elio will find a service provider for that area. No mention of who.
13. How will we be notified of our Elio producton?
A. An email sent out 6 weeks in advance. That is when you will finalize your Elio, color, transmission and add on options.
14. How soon will we see activity at the plant?
A. There is activity at the plant now. I was there today (Sunday) and there were several cars in the parking lot. I was greeted by security in the parking lot.
15. Will Yellow be offered?
A. Not this year, maybe next model year (2017) A customer can do their own yellow wrap if they want.
16. Will there be special order requests at a price? I used yellow as an example, customer to pay extra for a special color.
A. Maybe in the future.
17. Will there be special or limited edition models with unique options and colors?
A. Yes they can see that happening in the future.
18. Will the final product have hood pins like on the P5 or a cable activated hood release?
A. Hood pins, It's cheaper than a latch with cable. Saves approximately $25.00
19. Sun/moon roof option?
A. Yes, this will be done by the aftermarket. Possibly a glass roof panel replacing the current composite roof panel.
20. Will there be a Fix a Flat kit?
A. Yes
21. Will there be an option for additional lights for the front fenders?
A. No, this is a safety issue to other drivers seeing lights moving around and those drivers being distracted. Reflective strips were suggested by me and he agreed that might work. Owner installed.
22. Any new commercials using the P5?
A. Not at this time, commercial production is expensive.
23.Will Elio stock ever be listed on the NASDAQ?
A. Not at this time, Paul likes it were it is.
24. How many speakers and where will they be located?
A. 2, not sure where they will be mounted
