I think the offer is low ball because StartEngine is offering a prize that doesn't exist to encourage people to refer friends and family to gamble by investing in a high risk StartEngine Campaign. I don't think Paul Elio would approve, unless he is providing the complimentary Elio. Who thinks this stuff up?

I'm thinking SE got stocks and/or vehicles from their deal with EM. And, since EM was so successful through SE, SE is just riding EM's coattail. Building and taking themselves to the bank too.

We weren't informed here before hand; which is kind of cheesy on their part.
To take advantage of a crowd of Elio enthusiasts without asking the site if they could advertise and solicit the members.
