while looking at the available options on EM's website, I noted an option which they call a "Visor with Puddle Lit" .... while sitting in the P4 I didn't notice if it has a sun visor or not .... does anyone remember seeing one .... what I'm wondering is, if having a sun visor is an option or if having one with a "Puddle Lit" an option

I always thought "puddle lights" were lights on the bottom of the doors (door) to keep you from stepping out into a puddle on a rainy night. I seem to recall reading somewhere (don't recall where and it's been awhile) that a plain visor is standard so the option is for the light.

that would make since because it seems a bit strange to think it wouldn't come with some sort of sun visor .... I've looked through the pictures on EM's site and haven't seen one

I believe someone has stated, it will come equipped with a visor that can pivot either to the right or the left to block the light on either side of the cabin.

Yep, and I can't remember where I saw one and my google-fu is failing me. The way to do it is to have the ceiling hinge on one side, then a long arm that reaches the other side and attaches to the hinge on the visor. Then it can swing to either side easily.

A simpler, sturdier, cheaper option may simply be to have two 2/3-length visors individually hinged on either side. Fold them both down to block the windshield, fold one or the other to the side to block a side.

10-4.... that would make sense .... I just can't believe I sat in it and didn't see a visor ..

The P4 visor is a standard visor which only swings in one direction as it is simply borrowed from another vehicle. I remember it being mentioned that a visor which swing both ways will be standard however this would likely be a good question for someone to ask this weekend just for confirmation this is still the plan.

Swings both ways is probably not how it should be worded. I'm not driving that vehicle!
