When they were securing the GM Plant, they were planning on being in production September 2014, I think. That slipped to September 2015 and then quickly slipped to first part of 2016. It has to be hard estimating date of production especially when so much of the project can be completed in a couple of months. If they had the money, they could produce the vehicles as soon as parts suppliers can pump out Elio parts. Elio isn't as much a producer as an assembler. I think what you are seeing is old stuff rehashed. There hasn't been much on the Elio front in a couple of months. I went by the plant in May and there isn't anything external there to indicate Elio is involved either. I wouldn't expect them to have much out and maybe they have larger plans for after they secure funding and have a more solid production schedule.
