I have a set of real train horns from a Wisconsin Central Railway locomotive. I had them on my truck (stealth mounted under) but had some problems with the compressor and removed them. I was working on mounting them on my motorcycle recently....

SURE IT IS FUN TO THINK ABOUT BUT I AM NOT SURE WHERE YOU WOULD
PUT THE 5 GALLON AIR TANK . THIS SETUP WOULD AT LEAST TAKE THE PLACE OF A PASSENGER .

You know that new roof rack option EM offers? There you go!

Paint it up in some type of scheme (like large NOS tank) and it would look like it fit right in.

In anticipation of my future Elio purchase a few months ago I bought a set of Cadillac Deville 4 note horns. These 4 horns are tuned A, C, D and F and all together produce a very loud but almost musical tone. Almost locomotive sound but not quite as obnoxious. $40 on Ebay. Couple of relays and I'll be good to go on my first Elio mod.

Actually, smaller vehicles NEED a LOUDER horn..............................
Just like ....loud pipes save lives ............
I put one of these on my smart (which really had a weak horn) and it DOES get peoples attention.............it's 139db !!!!
