The kids today, don't have a clue. My first car had a slot in the chrome bumper to insert a hand crank, should there not be enough energy from my 6v battery!! and what's this about electric wipers?? {:-)

73 some of us realized that the risk of riding was getting too high. We no longer need a commuter. So, What motivated a 31-y-o to purchase an Elio?

I wasn't worried about the risk, my spinal problems won't let me ride any longer (broke my neck (C2 & 3), blew out 3 lower disks (L3, 4 & 5) and degenerative arthritis through my entire spine) I really miss being able to ride.
We've got a number of members that are in their 30's and 40's.
I think the oldest member I've run across is 82
