There are Trolls and Shills
Trolls will come here and make a scene to bait (aka Flame Bait) the users and bask in the rage.
Shills get paid to sow FUD (Fear Uncertainty Doubt) to prospective buyers and people doing basic research on the Elio.
It's often difficult to tell the difference.

... that is a significantly different definition for "shill" than I have ever heard.
A shill is someone who outwardly appears to be unaffiliated with a product/person that they heavily endorse, while actually being in their employ. They are a supporter of something, not a detractor.
