My first impression with all these concepts is matchbox size models. I'm always surprised when they show it at full size.

You're not going to come close to that level of detail in a diecast replica; or plastic model.
I look at the shadowing and lighting effect and it's just too perfect; I'll stick with "it's a drawing or CAD or CGI"
