Even when it does come out, I don't think the Elio is going to have an OBD-II port to plug it into.
They also seem to be trying to inject their own "App store" in-between you and the existing app stores. It's redundant.

Agreed, it doesn't look like it's more than just a nice webpage at this point.

AT&T sells a roving wifi hotspot that plugs into your OBDII port. Other manufacturers might, too.
