Seeing how the "staff members" on here are not always up to date on the reservation map. . . . , and the trophies ARE always up to date, I would say that they are automatically generated.

Makes perfect sense to me, zelio. Guess that's why I likes pertty near ever'thing. o_O

Here I was trying to figure out how the words like Enthusiast, Fan, Afficianado (sic), and Addict were related to the number of posts!

Most board software has the ability to issue ranks and/or achievements/points for participation. As was posted above these digital "rewards" are automatically granted when you accomplish certain goals as defined by the forum moderators. They are basically for bragging rights but beyond that serve little function, at least on most boards.

You can think of them as little digital pats on the back.

Do you feel special or important when you receive them or do you roll your eyes and go not another annoying alert?
