Quit smoking in June of 2014 and packed on 20 lbs of fat . Dr. says sugar levels are up as well . Time to do something . Diet ? Extreme exercise?
No way . I've been avoiding sugar and limiting carb intake while doing 10 mins on the Elliptical each day and lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks . Slight lifestyle change can yield good results . I'll check back when I'm at my desired weight of 185-190 .

I suppose you could always try smoking again :p It's actually the nicotine that is an appetite suppressant, I have a friend that went on ecigs for this.

Good job on the weight loss through more traditional methods.
