interestingly enough, i saw a very similar vehicle constructed from an early goldwing chassie, running around jacksonville last month. it seemed to handle well, was quite and had more enclosure. wish i could have gotten a closer look but he was going in the opposit direction from me.was. looks like it might have come from this source. www.rqriley.com/plans.html

Very interesting! A formula one vehicle crossed with a motorcycle?

You can google up IndyCycles, These are similar in concept to what you photographed. What you have does seem less hand built and more like a actual product. An Indycycle is more of a club name at this point, kind of like talking about a 'Lowcost'.
