I can't wait. I am dreaming about a specific class for elio racing. I'm seeing the off-road autocross format.
??? Really? I would never think the Elio would be off-road anything capable; I could see track or parking lot, or SCCA classes (Sports car racing) but never pictured it doing anything off-road. What a concept.

Off-road maybe after LOTS of serious modifications. But I'm sure we'll see plenty of that happen!
It would have to be; can you imagine an Elio with an 8" lift kit and 38's on it? (Where are the Photoshop people when you need them?)

I think it would be easier to design an entirely new vehicle than to upgrade the stock Elio suspension to fit 38" tires. What would do to replace the rear swing arm?
