Correct. E.M. must maintain an average daily reservation rate of at least 29 to be able to hit 65K before the end of the Chicago Auto Show. 26 per day falls short of the minimum of 29 per day.

Will they be at the Chicago Auto Show? I checked latest and Detroit is only thing current, and that just ended.

I do not think so, but you can check the event announcements on EM's web page.

Sadly, you are probably correct. Months ago, E. M. announced its participation in NAIAS. The Chicago Auto Show starts in just a few weeks and, as of this writing, there is no mention of it at https://www.eliomotors.com/find-us/#events

The Chicago Auto Show starts in two weeks so Elio appears to be skipping it.
May be that is good. The money that attending the show would cost could be better used.
