Seat looks a little small to hold Mr. Shatner (of whom I'm a huge fan). Also, how in hell do you steer this thing?

One can see levers in this photo. Perhaps that is how it steers?

With Shatner designing that thing, I envision a Toilet Seat on it..... LOL He was cool as Captain Kirk, but to me he's a real tool nowadays....
