I think they have way too much power. they can destroy a company - IMO - just because they can.

If the EPA had enough power, they would be able to actually TEST vehicle emissions. As it is now, they have to trust the information that the car companies provide. Yeah.... That'll work.

Pollution is not a partisan issue. We all breathe the same air.

There is a paved lot on my way to work that used to be a parking lot for a driving range. Its now full of unsold VW diesels that the dealer needed to get off the lot.
