If EM actually had an E series of the &, the proper name would be the Stealth.

That sounds reasonable. Most of the time, companies on the edge of bankruptcy continue to operate as though everything was normal, right up to the date of the bankruptcy. Elio's political/legal arm and their marketing arm have always been active, even though there have been no manufacturing or testing legs to stand on.

The IIHS will only test a vehicle from the dealer (or store) randomly that represents a production model. There will be no testing by them prior to production.

Yeah, I was avoiding the whole "The Elio is a motorcycle" line of reasoning since Paul has said he wants to test them. But, you are correct.
