Oh! speaking of trikes that started in the 60's, there have been street converted snowmobiles almost as soon as there were snowmobiles.
So lets call that classic too..and not post many more of that. Probably the reason Bombardier was able to calculate the risk (and profit) to producing the Can Am Spider.

in my files it's named something like the Trianeii . obviously I have no idea.
IT HAS CITROEN 2-CV WHEELS IF THAT's A CLUE .
MOST LIKELY A WHOLE 2-CV DRIVETRAIN IN THERE .
NOT A BAD IDEA . AIR COOLED BOXER TWIN & FRONT WHEEL DRIVE .
GREAT PARTS AVAILABILITY , THEY WERE IN PRODUCTION FOR 40 YEARS !

This Finkbuilt deserves some attention.
I have to agree with one thing, the load on a 3 wheel truck should be between two wheels, not at the single wheel end .
HERE IS ANOTHER MAKER WITH THE SAME BAD IDEA .

THE 2cyl , 2 STROKE POWERPLANT CRANKS OUT AN AMAZING 16 HORSES .
EVEN SO , THEY RATED THESE THINGS TO HAUL 1500 POUNDS , SLOWLY , BUT ACTUALLY MOVING .
THE FRONT SUSPENSION ARM IS SOLID CAST IRON & WEIGHS 30 POUNDS !
THE SPRING HOLDING IT UP IS INSIDE THE CHASSIS TUBE .
