Maybe only interesting to those who experienced the Reg A+ DRS process:

I finally requested that my 500 shares from Vstock Transfer be sent to eTrade. 1000 shares were deposited. The problem was on Vstock's side of the communication. Several phone calls and another DRS request - still waiting for them to take back what is not mine. I do wonder if they would have ever figured it out without my prompting - they were very surprised by my call.

My stock was transferred to Merrill Lynch / Bank of America. Its nice because its right next to my checking and credit card balance when I log into my app on my phone.

I do wonder if they would have ever figured it out without my prompting - they were very surprised by my call.

Rest assured they would have discovered it at the most inopportune time and probably tried to penalize you for their mistake.

I had an existing Fidelity Account. On June 10, I called Fidelity and got an extremely helpful person who lead me through the stock transfer process. After filling out a single form, signing it and mailing it in to Fidelity, they processed the form and 10 days later my 50 shared of ELIO stock are in my Fidelity account.

It was easy to do and fast to be processed. I am a happy ELIO stock owner.

I also have a Fidelity stock owner account. I am hopefully in the process of transferring my 50 EM shares to Fidelity. As instructed I printed the Transfer Assets to Fidelity forms. Now Fidelity wants me to also include an Elio Motors stock statement, with the account number on it. I haven't received any paper statements of my Elio stocks.
Does anyone know where I can find such a statement so I can print it out?

Yes, just call v-Stock Transfer, ask, and they will email you one. It has all the information Fidelity needs.

Hope you got some help JT. Vstock never sent anything out on paper, all communications and documentation has been electronic such .pdf files.
