I always hold my left arm straight and slightly aimed down with thumb, pointer, and middle finger out... could be an Elio wave... it's like a peace sign but with the thumb out as well... means 3... Three wheeler.

Bikers always give a thumbs up or a wave to acknowledge another rider; at least that's what we used to do; don't know about now.

If my Elio is being serviced and I happen to be riding my Solo and give you a thumbs up wave will you wave back with the same finger?

I am really looking forward to waving out of my Rocket Silver Elio at every other Elio I see. I will even wave to the Yellow one. The sooner the better. Go Elio!!!!

FIFTY-TWO YEARS AGO...August 1964 bop picked up his $3,600 Irish Green 365 "C" Porsche at the Zuffenhausen, Germany factory.
Once out on the streets (and autobahn) soon found out most approaching Porsche drivers would briefly flash their lights (reciprocally at each other as a polite greeting to fellow Porsche drivers).
Hey folks, would that not be ah nice littl' tradition to start when meeting other new Elios' ?

Back in the seventies when I had my VW Beetle we used to wave at the other Beetles. Used to wave at other Cushmans but never see any nowadays. When I ride my Cushman Eagle now, I wave at everybody.
