April 30 to report it. May 1st to register on Edgar. On May 14th the SEC can halt trading if they desire

Sounds like Paul will just have to have another Non-Disclosure meeting but this time with the OTCQX big wigs, and that will be that. (sure made Shreveport politicians forget about lack of job creation)

OTCQX will probably downgrade to pinks or pull, but it is with SEC is where the problem lies. Especially when Elio announced new shares to be issued to Overstock, depleting value of existing stocks. Nothing about this makes sense.
