interesting .... it might help you to make it a point to visit the tour in person and ask the folks there who work for EM those questions .... its easy for folks to sound off on the web about things they know little .... its another to have to talk directly with folks who do .... I choose to believe what I was told, you choose not too .... all you have to do is prove you are right .... prove, not just spout off

Until I hear differently from EM, yes. I believe they have every intention and valid plan to bring this to production this year. I don't believe there is any plan to lie or to purposely mislead anyone.

Its funny that everyone thinks I'm negative for just wanting Elio to come clean. Do any of you honestly believe you'll see this thing in 2015? I'll continue to wait just like the rest of you but I fully expect another delay announcement. My Creamsicle Pom-Pom's didn't come with the T-Shirt. As a matter of fact, I didn't even get the bumper sticker. I have no problem waiting, just don't lie to me.

Well, I guess they finally came clean. They had to pry it out of Paul as is evident by watching the video. If he had it his way the announcement would have been made in the summer.

I now believe that they flat out lied to us.
Yesterday their reps on FB said they were on track for 2015. Either someone lied to them, or they lied to us.

You can have different opinions, its allowed. I find it hard to believe that you can't see what EM has done to keep the investors and reservation numbers growing. The production date has always been within a 12-18 month timeframe, a timeframe that is not too long to wait. If it were years out (like it really was at the beginning) then people would hesitate to plop down a $1,000 reservation and investors would not invest. There WILL be another delay and it WILL have a 12-18 month window. Like I tell some people, "Its easier for me to show you then to try and explain it to you". EM will demonstrate this shortly.

Call it negative, call it what you will but its my honest opinion of what has been going on. If this offends you then get over it and move on to another post. I AM a supporter but I'm also wise enough to know shit from shinola. How can EM have a target date when even they don't know how long the DOE will take to approve or deny the loan? The ONLY way EM can give an accurate date is to have ALL the funding they need in place. Until then its just speculation. If you can't see that then keep wearing your EM tin foil hats and beleiving everything EM feeds you.

Like I said, I'm a supporter and want an Elio just like everyone else, I just know BS when I smell it.

I guess I wasn't that far off after all.

This reply is 100% sincere. Call it hedging my bet on Elio. I like your lower production number #220 and have a Very deserving son in the Navy in VA. Would you consider legally selling me your all in position? You would be without the heart ache and I can hedge my bet and confidence in Elio. My guess is #61 and #220 would roll off within a day of each other depending on ramp up speed. If you are interested please send me a PM. If we can arrange this out plan for your legally with Elio I am a man of my word. You walk away from this pain and my son gets rewarded for serving his country. Please consider it...........
