The obvious, and most logical scenario is that IAV has 'custody' of the engine (after the 'scheduled' Dyno tests) and is holding it 'hostage' until Elio Motors PAYS the development BILL! Any company that would schedule and ANNOUNCE a major media event.... without FIRST checking and confirming with their Major Attendees..... does not deserve to run a major automotive company.

Dear Casey,

I put a deposit down a few years ago on a product that I thought would go into production even though there was no guarantee. This company had the audacity to project when they thought the vehicle would be built, which should have been by now. Well, as every day keeps passing and this car isn't built, I feel the need to just keep complaining about the same thing over and over. Casey, I'm heartbroken and I'm so sad about this.

I'm on several fan forums websites and no one is listening to me about how we've all been wronged. How could this company have lied to me. Casey, could you please play "I'm Crying" by Roy Orbison.
