Best part is this. It can be done and in a 6 year timeframe. Vanderhall has made a fully certified 3 wheeler with a nationwide dealer and support network. Plus they offer free test drives. Just like the FUV, it doesn’t fit everyone’s needs. At least it made it across the finish line and done so...

Elio did this and they can sell 250K per year. Problem solved. For 250K per year at $6800 you make money and it feeds the market. Use the Elio research data and go for the funding. It's super simple.

Plus, when a company says they are going to make an $11,900 model but is selling a 17,900 model, why would you want to spend an extra 50% on a product? Mark said that by 2025, they will be able to produce 50k in a year. I suspect that’s enough to offer the $11,900 model. I can wait 2 years...

Here’s a link the KVAL report. So FUV is running normally as told by one employee. I can’t wait to see Mark confirm this. That way the stock price will shoot up and they can raise the money to keep making product. https://kval.com/news/local/arcimoto-halts-production-may-seek-bankruptcy#

There’s a reason why companies like Vanderhall, charge what they do. They build their production around the demand. Not guess what the demand is and try to build production around that. Elio thought they could build a $6800 unit. They thought that funding a plant to build 250k would work. Demand...

It costs too much to make the product. It’s in the SEC filing. In a nutshell, about $60k to sell a $20k unit (this is counting the cost of the labor, energy and parts that goes into each unit). Volume won’t solve that. I already posted that they need to move to the SE and be close to other...

That's a risk statement. If a compant has stopped production and you want to invest in it, then go ahead. This is how SEC filings work.

These are the risks to the offering for the 4M shares of stock. One of the risks of buying this stock is this: This tells me that the company has halted production. Thus making no product. If I want to take the risk in investing in the company, they are up front in telling me so. Thus, I need...

Looking at the latest SEC filing from FUV (yesterday):

My wife reminded me that some of her relatives cannot buy a FUV because they live in Blacksville, WV. It's one of those towns that lies right on the state line. Yet, FUV sales are available 1000 ft from them. Let's look at Vanderhall of Purcellsville VA. If you lived in Shannondale, WV (16...

Please compare apples to apples. You take Vanderhalls pins as to their exact location yet use Arcimoto for the full state. For example, if I lived in Summit Point VW, I am banned from buying one. Go a few miles east, then it's legal. Why would this be?

Vanderhall is not perfect and has made mistakes. 1. Their failed Edison Version 2. Trying to sell only direct to consumers (until they went to a dealer network) 3. Not going with a full sealed roof and doors What they did right: 1. Private funding (not asking for public funding) 2. Building a...

Does Arcimoto offer this? They offer a dealer network. Thus you have to go to a dealer to get one. They are a private company and do not rely on public funding. So they do not offer any of us with their financials. As for Arcimoto, they do and are required to provide the data. Once Vanderhall...

You forgot Vanderhall. They made an autocycle in half the time of Arcimoto. Then set up a dealer and service network nationwide. After that, sell in Australia. Top it off, they never asked for reservation or stock money to try to judge the market. It was privately funded. They built a 1,000,000...

Yes. GM can build a fully certified car that meets automotive safety specs (FUV meets only motorcycle which is a liability for corporate as nobody knows the safety of a FUV since it's not been certified to the Bolt's or any automotive specs) and has an overall specifications package that costs...

Those pics are coming up on two years old. Any update from the company on how that testing went and if they are going to buy any? This is huge news to see that Dominos has been testing the Deliverator for almost two years yet the updates from the company say nothing about it. Just so you know...

Then there's Dominos. They ordered up 800 Chevy Bolts. Looks like Chevy makes a Bolt that's $600 more than the Deliverator. The Bolt has four full doors, HVAC, DC fast charge, 103% more cargo room, 1 sec quicker to 60mph (makes it a Fun Delivery Vehicle) and 154% greater range. Since Pizza...

I suggest you watch this webinar from Arcimoto. Especially around the 19:40 point onward. They disagree with you but this was a month ago, thus I hope you show us where it's fully certified. I only use info from Arcimoto, thus I know you do too. Thanks for showing us that's it's ready to go.

According to you it's a concept too. Design is not done (according to Arcimoto) and it's still testing. None for sale. It could be like the MLM, put on the shelf until further notice. It never passed the production milestone. Thus could be weeks to years before it's actually sold.
