Circumvent most major Texas metro areas by using a number of intersecting Farm to Market roads. Might take a little longer BUT it's sure worth avoiding all the aggravation.

For factory delivery ( wonder for your Elio vehicle insurance coverage) if you'll possibly receive your own Elio VIN before you arrival for delivery ? Seems you'll need a VIN before a state residence locale temporary paper plate is to be issued.
