I'm definately going to be looking into some mods of my own--namely additional storage solutions. But the first thing I'm going to be doing is pinstriping my True Blue Elio with some 3M Reflective Vinyl Tape to turn it into a TRON Elio
They have reflective wraps as well as tape. I plan on wrapping my 'outriggers' in a contrasting reflective color just to make them a bit more visable.

It's interesting, the product I linked to has "meh" reviews, but in the past that same product was packed with good reviews. Maybe it is a different product and just has a similar image? Hmmm...
