Do License Plate Lights Serve A Purpose...

I have long anticipated tag visibility problems with our RV'ing rig .... NC does not require a front license plate .... view of the recessed tag on the rear of our Sportchassis is blocked by the camper and our cooler carrier on the rear blocks view of the camper's tag .... to date we've traveled though all of the lower 48 with no issues but who knows how long that will last .... also shown below is the same carrier (different cooler) used on our Silverado .... that picture was taken back in 2012, we driven through 6 different states with no issues to date

Mythbusters did an episode on fooling speed cameras; they used every trick they could find and the only thing that beat the cameras was a dragster doing 300mph+ the camera couldn't do a fast enough exposure to catch it.
