How's this for ya?
Sailor Dog...you forgot this..... Anybody hear anything yet? or Anyone hear anything yet?
No new news? I thought that the 15th was the closing and then it went public? I guess not.
Elio finished at $3.16 with a volume of just above 4100.
According to their press release: "JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC is acting as the placement agent for the pre-sale which will continue through October 15th, with the company reserving the right to extend or terminate the pre-sale at its sole discretion."
So my guess is they extended it since they did not get the traction they thought they would. If they met their goal by 10/15 they would have shouted it from the rooftops. And before anyone says "gag order", if they made their goal they are allowed to announce it. LOL!
What they CANNOT do is announce that they got the funding when they did not, right Elon?
tZero went for many months of extensions. Only thing was, they kept announcing the extensions over and over again. So, Elio must be under a gag order to not announce these extensions.
This is a quote from Coss who contacted Elio on October 17th: Forum - Momentum V177
Yes, that's the word, no more Momentum for a few weeks, I talked to the Elio Team today and this is what I was told.
The blog will still be posted every Friday, but the Wednesday Momentum is going to take a break for a few weeks.
Sorry, I asked them how long, and couldn't get an answer; they are in fund raising mode, and just don't have the time at the present.
But if there is any breaking news, we will know about it as soon as they can tell us.
Sorry folks, but Wednesday Momentums are on hold for a while, trust me I begged and pleated but couldn't get them to change their minds.
Now I was told this would only be for a few weeks, so if you want it back sooner, we'll all have to ask Nicely!!!
And the closing takes forever I presume. With GSR & tZero it sure did.
