Very cook Wheaters keep flying safe.

D - they didn't make many A models and I think maybe NASA had the only one left by the time I started flying the 141 - all the one's I flew were B models - aka - after the stretch.
wow! been that long...........yeah, u right. flew quite a bit on the a model but only once on the stretch. it was an ifr morning outta Germany, loaded, on the way to Egypt and just after lift off at about a hundred feet of altitude, we started getting compressor stalls on the right inboard. nobody was trying to sleep after that. after 6 or 8 bumps later, everything settled down and it was a great flight. finally got to see out the front in time to see Alexandria as we came over the coast. missed Cairo though.

Hi Sean ...

I keep noticing pilots here and their comments. I've never served in Military - so first off - THANK You ALL for your Service.

I'm pretty intrigued by the tandem "cockpit" style of the Elio seating compartment.
I can't help but wonder about how pilots react to it.
Perhaps they're wishing it could grow wings.

Best Wishes,
Rob
