Coss, right now we're in Rockport, where the eye of Harvey first made landfall. The destruction here is haunting; there is no water supply or electricity.
The town has been dubbed a "one hundred percent loss." Resources are extremely limited—rescuers slept in the local prison last night. But today, they are back in the trenches, rescuing and caring for confused and frightened animals just as they've been doing around the clock all week long.
