I used to be an introvert who rarely spoke, then somehow I became a customer service representative on the phone 8 hours a day.

Customer service is a tough job period.......on the phone or face to face. Critical for a successful company to get the right people in that job..........Elio.

I agree with you, and I hope Elio training department will have train the PB before long.

Good thinking...I never thought of that. However, I am sure Elio staff will have someone know to work on Elio.

I 100% agree with you. where I work someone build a bus and then someone have to service the bus...

I can't image that working on and maintenance would too terribly hard . For anyone that preforms maintenance on autos I think the Elio will be easy to work on.

If you can work on a Honda Civic or other small car you should be able to work on the Elio.
I can't so I am at the mercy of the "Over Lord" michanically gifted class.
