Wow. Seems like most people change vehicles like changing their socks.

I drove a lot of junk back in the day, trade ins to the scrap yard plus a few dollars more was my car budget. Finally got tired of it and started buying better stuff.

Plus, there's always at least 1 car and 1 truck in my yard. Right now, 3 trucks plus the commuter car. Why? 1 nice truck, 1 to plow snow, and one project.

1994 Mercury Tracer (got flooded)
2000 Suzuki Esteem
2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara (college graduation gift to myself)
2006 Kawasaki Ninja 250 (long gone and I miss it)
2009 Subaru Outback (died an early death the night before I got it in for service)
2011 Ram 1500
2014 Ram 1500

I somehow managed to end up with a brand new truck last weekend instead of doing the 100K mile maintenance and few grand of other work that had to be done on it. Looking forward to my Elio so I stop putting so many miles on the truck.

We've got four cars here just now. My BMW 330d M Sport, my little Suzuki Swift 1.0 litre, my wife's Renault Kangoo MPV, and my Liege in the garage, awaiting its engine change.

Also in the garage are my 1991 Honda CB750 Nighthawk, my 1977 AJS Stormer 250 Enduro, my sons Honda NSR125.
