I think it's Husker1, Karnaj and Goofyone are going to tag team the tour team with our list of questions.

Problem is the $25M Reg A+ is supposed to fund the E series and the bureaucrats are poking their sticks into the spokes on the wheels of progress.

Maybe it's the NADA Lobby, the same political group that blocked Tesla and Elio Motors direct to consumer sales model in Texas.

I don't happen to think the DOE (if that's your reference) is anything but supportive of the Elio Concept and EM's ATVM Loan Application and will approve it when ever all the boxes are checked after the P5 unveil and testing validates claims.

There are 20,000 pages in the Affordable Care Act.
There are almost 25,000 pages of EPA regulations added since Jan 20, 2008.
There are over 73,000 pages in the IRS Tax Code.
Are you seriously asking if I want government involvement in things?
Cut the number of Civil Servants in half (at least).
That would help all of us.
Incidentally the Dept of Energy is a part of the Executive Branch of Government whose head is notoriously anti oil.

The Bible reference was just a physical size comparison to put things in context.
The sizes show how out of control our government agencies have gotten.
The reference to the Executive shows where the problems may be coming from.
