I'm sure it will be a case of last in last out, no one likes butt-inskies when it comes to lines and I'm pretty sure the crew at Elio wouldn't make such a basic Faux Pas this late in time. No need upsetting the troops this late in the game over something so simple!

Or, which should be the case, once the first door is closed, should then be first in first out-i.e they close the "list" at 50,000
the next deposit the (50,001) would then be the first "on line" and would get their's before the next 5000,000.00

you lost me on the last line
Not unusual, what I was TRYing to say was after the first 40,50,60k? (whatever the cut-off number) the next purchaser, after all the list has been served, the next person 40,50, 60k i.e, the 40001 etc. to be offered to buy a E will be the first one who didn't "make the first round", and everybody after him will then wait in sequential order to get theirs. any better??

got ya .... I do believe that is the way they are planning to go .... the question I have seen asked and don't remember the answer deals with if closing the current ends the units to be produced as first year models .... if so, subsequent reservations would be for second production year models

Unless, before the end of first year they exhaust the first yrs list- we-all get ours (or decline) by September, for example- gotta keep production moving along. So I'm not sure (if it matters) if they call it a 2116 or 07, or fist generation, but DMV/ Insurance Co. will want a year
