Reverse Phone Lookup Information

  • Area Code/Prefix: 516-244
  • Company: Omnipoint Communications, I...
  • City/State: Mineola NY

That answer your question?

Do you know anyone in that area?
If you do, someone is pulling your leg, if you don't it's a scam

And the number they told you to call back on

516-478-9005 / 5164789005 Phone Number Details
Caller Name & Address:

Available
(At PeopleSmart.com)

Location: Garden City, NY

Caller Type:

Telemarketer
(According To 1 People)

Carrier: Paetec Communications, Inc. - Ny

And it's a relatively new scam number, but there are a lot of other numbers with the same area code and prefix that are listed as scam; looks like they just did a change because they were being tracked on the others

I just received a phone call from a guy (stranger) in NY stating that Paul Elio wanted him to let me know what's going on with Elio.
I am in Florida & this is the only phone call I have received about Elio. So I'm pretty sure it's BS, but I'm curious if any other Elio owners have had this happen.
Possible scam?
Thanks.

Elio Motors communicates with reservation holders via email.

I will say for non direct communications, back quite awhile ago I got a call from the outfit that sends out their t-shirts because I didn't get one due to my address being incorrect. Then this spring Cameron Schwartz called after I had left a suggestion for a particular shirt. In both cases it was not EM and it was very clear the purpose of the calls.

so, is the consensus this call has a probability of being legitimate ???
I spoke to Mr. Nicholas (I believe my caller ID DID say Network1) and he was very much informed about Elio, the different funding mechanisms, the timing of the RegA+ registration, the timing of P5 and the E(x) series, and when I told him I had already spoken to others at Network1, it was obvious he knew the folks I spoke to. Said he managed a franchise office for N1.

I was confident I was speaking to someone from Network1.
