OK, How about 3 on the tractor and however many on the attachments (which wouldn't count because they're not a permanent part of the tractor).

Sceadu seems to be trying to revive / bring back the Siva Spyder? Sceadu Siva Spyder page.

I think this would be closer to the Elio and a little more appealing than their three wheel vehicle?

Looks like someone mounted seats on a gas-powered wheelbarrow.

I saw these little buggers zipping up and down the road down in Destin. Checked out their website (Scoot Coupe). Nearly as much as an Elio.

In 2014, you could rent these little puppies at Waikiki, HI. I didn't see any on my 2016 trip. They were street legal.
